Noflies Limited, trading as No-Flies, is a residential sales agency in south-east London. We are responsible for the personal information we collect and use in providing our services. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and your rights.

Information we collect
Depending on your dealings with us, we may collect:
- Your name, contact details and property requirements;
- Details of a property you own or wish to buy, viewing arrangements, offers and correspondence about a transaction;
- Information and documents needed to confirm identity, property ownership, authority to act and, where appropriate, the source of purchase funds;
- Information you provide when you contact us by telephone, email, website form, property portal or social media; and
- Technical information generated when you use our website, such as your IP address, browser information and cookie preferences.
We usually obtain this information from you. We may also receive it from property portals, people acting on your behalf, others involved in a transaction, and public sources such as HM Land Registry or Companies House.
How and why we use your information

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider your interests and rights before using your information. We do not sell your personal information.
You can ask us to stop sending marketing at any time by contacting us or using an unsubscribe option in a marketing email. An enquiry about a property does not, by itself, mean that you have agreed to receive unrelated marketing.
Who we share information with
Where necessary, we may share relevant information with sellers, buyers, their solicitors or conveyancers, surveyors and other people involved in a proposed sale. We may also use service providers that support our website, email, property marketing, administration and secure storage. We require providers acting on our behalf to handle information appropriately.
We may disclose information to HMRC, law enforcement bodies or other authorities where required or permitted by law. Property portals and other websites you choose to use have their own privacy notices and may collect information directly from you.
If a service provider processes personal information outside the UK, we will use an appropriate safeguard where one is required by data protection law.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as needed for its purpose, taking account of legal requirements and the possibility of a complaint or claim. Our usual periods are:
- Property transaction records: up to seven years after completion;
- Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction: up to two years after your last contact with us;
- Anti-money-laundering identification and due diligence records: generally five years after the relevant business relationship ends, unless the law requires or permits a different period.
We may need to retain a limited record of a request not to receive marketing so that we can respect your preference.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, or ask for it to be transferred to you or another provider. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. These rights are subject to legal limits; for example, we may have to keep anti-money-laundering records even if you request deletion.
