No-Flies was set up by its two directors Brendan Cassidy and Tony McDonald.
Brendan
Brendan began his career in sales, moving into estate agency in 2002. Prior to setting up No-Flies Brendan held a number of senior positions in the sales teams of both independent and corporate estate agencies operating in south west and south east London. Immediately prior to starting No-Flies Brendan was working in an independent estate agency on Lordship Lane, SE22.
Tony
Tony spent nearly 30 years working as a corporate solicitor before setting up No-Flies. He started his career at Slaughter and May, one of the leading City law firms, where he qualified and spent a number of years practising corporate and banking law before moving in-house with BP. For the last 15 years of his legal career Tony was Group Legal Director and Company Secretary of National Express Group PLC. In 2012 Tony left National Express Group for a year’s sabbatical and in 2013 decided against returning to the law and set up No-Flies.
